new little ragsmith personalised t-shirt parties

I have just launched the newest part of my business and I am really excited about it! It feels like a natural progression from my products into something new.
The idea, a unique one as far as I know, is for girls birthday parties where I come along to a chosen venue with all the materials and equipment needed for the girls to make their own personalised t-shirt or pillowcase.
I had my first party a couple of weeks ago and it was a great success!
The room filled up with 6 excited little faces, and I gave a demonstration of how the process worked and a little safety talk about scissors and the heat press. Then they untied their personalised design packs and found all the goodies inside to start making with. The ideas started to quickly flow and they started to draw out their ideas on a t-shirt template. After around 10 minutes they were ready to start cutting into their printing papers, glitter papers and personalised name sheets. They started laying out their designs on the shirts. At one point it was so quiet I became worried they weren't having fun, but was quickly corrected "we are concentrating!" they all said!!
One by one they were ready for me to print their t-shirts on my printing press.
Seeing those little faces truly gobsmacked when their chopped up bits of paper became a wearable t-shirt was priceless. There were ooohhhs and aaahhhs! followed by pulling them on and dancing around the garden in their creations. They seemed to love it and I loved helping them achieve their designs.
