When will my order be ready?
All personalised items are handmade to order. For this reason please allow 2-3 full working days for your order to be dispatched. stock items such as kits will be dispatched in 1-2 working days. I make orders as quickly as possible, so I will try to deliver as soon as I can. You will receive an email once your order is made & has been dispatched.
I left it until the last minute to purchase a gift. Can you help?
Yes if you live in the UK! I offer an express service which can be added at checkout You order will be dispatched within 2 working day on a next day delivery service.
My order is a gift. Can you send it directly to the recipient?
Yes! Just purchase a gift tag & write your message in the box provided. Use the gift recipient's address as the shipping address at the checkout. All orders are wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a little ragsmith sticker & tied with lovely twine. No receipt will be included in the parcel.
My item hasn't arrived. What can I do?
First thing is to make sure you entered your address correctly (you can do this on your order confirmation email). Then, please check that you haven't received a card from your postman or courier. It's also a good idea to check with your neighbours. If there is still no sign of your order, please let me know & I'll do all I can to help.
Can I return an item?
For obvious reasons, personalised items cannot be returned.
Non-personalised items (except sale items) can be returned within 14 days of delivery at your own expense in perfect condition & in their original packaging.
If you need to return an item, please email hannah@littleragsmith.co.uk with your order number & details about the product.
I own a shop. Can I sell little ragsmith products?
