delivery & returns

Order Processing Time
Your order will normally be dispatched within 2-3 working days. It may take a few extra days during busy periods such as sales & Christmas.

Delivery Cost
Delivery cost will depend on the size & weight of the parcel & country of destination. It will be calculated at checkout, therefore please ensure that you select the applicable country to enable an accurate shipping cost.

UK
Most UK orders are sent via a trackable service. This service usually takes around 2 days.
If you need an item for a specific date we offer a UK EXPRESS, trackable delivery service. This is available at extra cost & is sent with Royal mail special delivery.

INTERNATIONAL
Delivery times:
Deliveries to Europe usually take 3-6 working days.
Deliveries to the rest of the world usually take 5-10 working days.

International orders are sent via Standard Air Mail. This is not a tracked service.
Proof of postage will be available for all parcels.

Correct Delivery Information
Please ensure that you supply your full name & correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery address.

In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days for UK deliveries and 30 days for overseas deliveries), please contact us in writing at hannah@littleragsmith.co.uk

Internationally shipped parcels may also be held up in customs. You may be liable for customs import fees in your home country outside of the UK. These are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Please remember that occasionally things outside of our control (weather, customs, etc), may delay delivery times but we will always do everything that we can to help.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days, after this date unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and exchanges are not available for personalised goods unless there has been a mistake made by Little Ragsmith.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hannah@littleragsmith.co.uk.

Shipping
To return your product, contact us at hannah@littleragsmith.co.uk and we will provide the returns address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
